I am
always mesmerized watching her spinning her magic. No,
not everyone can do that, but what’s special about Mary is
when you watch her creating, you feel like you can go
home and do the same thing! Somehow she takes the
fear out of what might appear to some as an intimidating
recipe. Her easy and laid back manner and approach to
cooking is quite frankly refreshing. Well educated,
traveled and versed, she is absolutely the real deal.
