Chef Amy loves combining flavors to create something new and noteworthy, which has led her to open a plant-based ice cream business. This was such a fun experience! We had little to no experience with pasta making and Chef Amy made everything so easy! She’s incredibly patient and made the experience so enjoyable! Also, incredibly delicious!!

This class was a bit lackluster. There wasn't a real kitchen to cook in as it was held in a bar, and the meal was so simple that it didn't feel like I learned much. We made pasta from dough, and then added pepper and cheese. The chef didn't give us much instruction or teaching besides checking on our dough to make sure it was kneaded enough. The class didn't feel worth the price to me. Still a fun thing to do with friends, but I wouldn't recommend if you're hoping to really learn anything. I would suggest instead to host a cooking party at your home and watch a youtube video on how to make cacio e pepe.

My husband and I had a great time! The venue was small but very charming along with the staff. If you are looking for a new, fast, simple dish.. this is for you. Luckily the class is easy to follow along with so you can definitely try this at home. Would recommend this class!
