This was my first cooking class. I enjoyed Chef Chazzy but I expected to physically cook. Instead we did prep and the chef created then played our meals. I enjoyed the Thai and would remake the recipe.

Some areas for improvement: the class was held in the back corner of a brewery. While we took our class, there was a child’s birthday party being held a few feet away from us. Eventually the birthday party did end, however the children were loud and it made it harder to hear the chef while she spoke. For the amount we paid, why was the class not held in an actual kitchen or better location? Additionally, the description said the class offered shrimp, chicken, and vegetarian options. However the only option was chicken. Chef Chazzy was funny and entertaining, but there were a multiple times she got an attitude with my team for not preparing the meal properly… I think her professional can be better. The class also was supposed to be from 4-6, so I assumed we would eat at 6, but we ate closer to 6:30/6:45. Time management could have been better, in case the attendees had somewhere to be after the class. When we did finally eat, the potions were fairly small (we were still hungry after we left)… another area I do not feel that I got my money’s worth in. For a class that was over $100, I do think we should have been given larger portions. Things I liked: we had fun in this class and the meal turned out well. The location was easy to find. It was fun meeting other people at the class.
