Great Class, I feel like I have mastered the art of dumpling making (LOL).... just kidding!! But the energy was great, the education on kitchen safety and dumpling making was great for me as a beginner, and I would definitely join another class with Chef Jesse!!!

Amazing and fun class. Jesse is an amazing instructor. Loved the location and also loved the cooking tips he gave. We will be returning for another class with Jesse for sure.

My husband and I signed up for this class as a Christmas gift for one another. Neither one of us had ever attended a cooking class so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. This particular class was focused primarily on the crimping of the dumpling wrappers and the cooking of the dumplings. We did get to observe Chef Jesse preparing the filling. We really appreciated the history of dumplings and the cooking tips Chef Jesse provided (the reason we should keep the meat cold and use cold mixing bowls as well as his advice on the best oil and salt to use in cooking). He also demonstrated some knife skills and kitchen tools that we did not get to use, but it was still appreciated. Overall, we are glad we would recommend Chef Jesse and his dumpling making class.

This class was so fun and the dumplings were delish! Chef Jesse was a great teacher regarding “the art of crimping” and shared some fun facts/history around salt and oil that I never knew before! We will definitely be taking more of Chef Jesse’s classes again!

An enjoyable night! We had a lot of fun learning about pasta making, and are excited about the leftovers we had to take home. Chef Jesse was very knowledgeable about many cooking topics and was accommodating with an allergy to one of the major ingredients from tonight’s meal (garlic). Definitely recommend!
