Ben did great and very informative and great instructor. Did have problem with the equipment (pasta maker) not working it’s best. I would recommend this specific class to our network, loved it.

Chef band did a great job but honestly, the location was not ideal. I thought we were each going to get our own pasta making area but instead we had to split with others. Thankfully, I knew someone else that was in the group so that wasn’t so bad, but that should’ve been advertised. Also, the biggest issue was that I was way too tight in the room we were in and we felt cramped so it was hard to move around

Such a fun class! Ben was so knowledgeable and interesting, I learned a lot about the science and art of cooking. Can’t wait to take another class from him and learn more. Homemade gnocchi and vodka sauce was sooo yummy 😍

This class is fantastic! Chef Ben was a phenomenal teacher and made the class fun. (He also does stand up comedy). We learned how to make some of the best pasta I’ve ever had and Ben makes it simple. Ben was a wonderful teacher. His instructions were easy to follow and he went around to give guidance if needed. Our food turned out amazing (somehow our Ravioli actually held together while boiling!) and the night was a fun experience.
