Great class! Chef Maggie is a delight. The class was well-organized and moved at a good pace. Maggie offers many cooking tips and advice while answering all our questions. Love the recipes! Team Spuds rocked it as did our Basil Pesto...Go Team!

This class was fun! We each made some delicious pasta and we all worked on the items needed to put over the pasta. Mmmmmm! I now want to get items in my kitchen to make pasta at home.
The location was a cute coffee shop but not meant for all the people using items that needed to be plugged in. The power went out to some plugs including the pot of boiling water for the pasta.

Chef Maggie came to our home and taught us some wonderful recipes as well as kitchen skills. She was knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I, and we had SUCH a great time! And, of course, the food was delicious!! We can’t wait to make the food again, and take another class from her!

Absolutely loved this class! She was very charismatic and knowledgeable, and gave us some information on how different ingredients are used in different countries. Everyone attending was friendly and my dad and I had a great time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cooking class!

Chef Maggie and her team were very good - helpful, funny and kept things moving along. However, the reason for only 4 stars is twofold: 1) There were too many people for the class in my opinion - we had to share a chopping board - at least 2-3 people to one board. 2) This wasn't Chef Maggie's fault, but we blew the fuses at the winery venue which really slowed down the cooking process (I took mine home to cook). It would have been nice to enjoy the fruits of our labor with the other participants.
That said, the winery was a fun location and the concept was great - Just needs some tweaking.
Thank you to the team though.

Chef Maggie was amazing!! She just needs a microphone because there was music playing loudly from one side of the place. Most of us could barely hear her. Everything else was PERFECT. She is such an amazing soul and a natural at this. Thank you again for an amazing experience!! It was mine and my friend’s first time taking a cooking class. Looking forward to more

Chef Maggie taught me how to make a massaged kale salad and did a whole lesson on kale, including a breakdown of the different types of kale and spoke about the bitterness and how massaging it reduces that. She demonstrated some great knife skills cutting a few different things and gave a lot of information about the nutrients in each food and the antibiotic properties of garlic!
