A wonderful experience taking Cher Maricarmen’s pasta making class! Such a fun time, she is very knowledgeable and creates a great energy for everyone to enjoy. Also in a beautiful location in a fun brewery made it all that much more enjoyable evening. Thank you! Highly recommend !!!!

We had so much fun in the pasta making class! Chef Maricarmen showed us that making pasta is not as intimidating as it seems! We can’t wait to try the recipe at home. Thanks so much!

Cher Maricarmen was awesome. I definitively plan on doing another cooking class with her. She was patient, a great teacher and easy to follow. Loved that she bought her own special touch like the rub we were invited to use on our chicken and the delicious garlic bread she made to go with our dishes. It was such a great way to spend my day! All of us in the class enjoyed each other’s company! The group was a lot of fun!

She was great!!!! The only criticism (which in no way is her fault or a reflection on her or her skills) was that the class size was a bit large and would’ve been better with a smaller group. But she handled the busy back-and-forth like a consummate professional!

Such a fun and delicious class! It was quite busy though so would love to see smaller groups to make it easier on the instructor and enhance the experience.

She did a great job however there were a lot of people. It would have been nice to have the size half the size that she had however like I mentioned she did a great job. Also if there are a lot of people she could use an assistant and also some more pasta machines and a bigger area.

Too many people, cramped, people pushing into you. The venue was terrible for this

Had a wonderful night! Was very helpful, kind, and did a great job at explaining each step while making it her own recipe. Would definitely recommend for any sort of date night. Very fun experience!

We arrived on time only be told that the class was canceled. We drove 30+ minutes to get there with no announcement that the class was canceled. I want my money back. We are so disappointed!!!

My husband and I attended the Alfredo All the Way class. Chef was amazing and so organized. She kept the class moving. There were so many elements to making the pasta dough , grilling the chicken, making the sauce yet she did a great job having ingredients and cookware ready for us. The food tasted fantastic as well!

I went to the class with my wife and we both enjoyed Chef Maricarmen's friendly instruction and help in making our own angel hair pasta and shrimp primavera sauce. The making of the pasta was my favorite from mixing the flower and egg into dough and then rolling out the dough and cutting it into angel hair spaghetti. I recommend the class. We gave her a tip at the end of the class.

Mari was so fun, professional and an amazing teacher! She showed so much patience, joy and passion for cooking which translated through her cooking class! The pasta was delicious and we are going to attempt to make at home! Definitely recommend for a date night or if you wanna do something new!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Mari! The food was excellent and she was a great instructor. This is the perfect date night to keep in the mix and you are guaranteed to have a blast. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a fun night with Chef Maricarmen. Pasta turned out great and tasted awesome. Venue was a bit small for the group that registered but staff was very nice.

Chef was great. My wife and I had been talking about taking a class ever since Covid hit the state. My granddaughter gave me the experience for my birthday. So, the three of us did the shrimp primavera class. Again, the chef was great, the food was great, the experience with our granddaughter was great fun, and we met a lot of people that were fun to be with. Absolutely, a five star experience.

I’ve always wanted to learn to make pasta and this was definitely a fun experience to help me learn! Mari was super sweet and helpful, ready to lend a hand if and when we needed it. She was thorough with her directions and ready to answer all the questions we had. Mari made making pasta seem way less daunting of a task and I can’t wait to do it at home.

Chef was lovely!!! It was a bit oversold, not enough pasta makers. Our pasta didn’t turn out, it was fun but really head count should have been limited to 10 or so for best experience. Or two instructors. Or more pasta rolling machines.

Honestly, this was a fantastic time. My wife and I enjoyed everything. The chef was awesome and so was her husband who helped everyone along. The wine paired perfectly with the Alfredo (chicken and shrimp).
