The class began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the rich history of cebiche. The step-by-step instruction provided during the class was easy to follow, even for a novice like myself. I appreciated the emphasis on using fresh, high-quality ingredients, as it truly elevated the taste and authenticity of the final dish.
