The cooking class with Chef Joseph was interesting and enjoyable. I appreciated how knowable Chef Joseph was and I was very impressed with his over all skill, especially since the area we were in was very limited as far as cooking utensils and supplies. I do, however, wished the ingredients provided leaned more towards fine dining, that the portions of food (especially for what we paid) were a bit more fulfilling, and that we had more of a hands on cooking experience. Also, it would have been nice to have other options for those of us that were gluten and dairy free guest (but I do understand that we signed up for the class already having some idea on what dishes we would prepare.). Overall I enjoyed myself, the company of the other guest, the restaurants friendly staff and Chef Joseph's warm demeanor. I would wholeheartedly do this again under a different price point.

Chef Joseph is absolutely amazing. A great cook and wonderful host he held down the Jamaican recipes in the kitchen. I feel that the birthday experience was even more amazing because he taught us true recipes that come from the Jamaican heritage and culture a 10/10! Best birthday dinner / class ever!
