Adventuring to 15 countries around Europe and Asia helped Chef Justin develop a palate and a style he's proud to share with others.

Justin explained wonderfully how to prepare the meal and answered many questions regarding the ingredients. The background stories brought the recipes to life. Fun and super helpful so I will be able to make this on my own. Great class, loved it!
