Chef was great! A little too large of a class size to get personal attention though. Fun environment & learned a lot!

Kwesi’s class was fun, informative and yummy ! Some people only know a craft but not how to teach it, he knew both. Would go back again!

Chef Kwesi cultivated the best atmosphere for a date night! He was personable and fun! My boyfriend and I sat with two girls having a girls night and we had the best time with so many laughs. Excited to bring my new italiano skills to my kitchen

Chef Kwesi was very personable and engaging… Despite the venue being a bit difficult to maneuver, he did a great job and our dinner came out great thanks to his guidance and expertise!

Chef Kwesi was very nice and made the tortellini making class very approachable for all skill levels. However, without getting to know the audience at all to learn about our experiences prior to starting the class, for our table of 3 very experienced cooks, the class pace was very slow. It started a little after 7pm and we weren’t eating anything until 9:15pm. There were a few snafus during the class, such as forgetting some ingredients in the pasta dough, doing our cutting for us as our table became the demo table, splashing the pan of pasta water and oil on our friends lap, and Chef taking it upon himself to finish and “fix” our dish at the end, which ended up ruining the sauce we were excited to eat. Our expectations for this class were much different than what we received. We were surprised with the use of hard salami for the tortellini filling instead of Italian sausage as stated on the menu, we were surprised by the location - rolling pasta dough outdoors on old picnic tables was less than ideal, and we were very hungry by the time we actually got to the eating part of class. If we knew it was going to take so long we should have eaten before we came! Chef Kwesi is probably a skilled chef, but this class, environment, and his menu for this cuisine was not a great first impression.
