Chef Ashley did a great job making us feel welcome, and gave us plenty of time to do all the steps while explaining the how's and why's of everything.

Chef Ashley's passion for cooking and wanting to unite people through food truly shows in her dishes. She is enjoyable to learn from and has so much to share. She also stands out from other chefs since she has formal training and pastry and chocolates. I highly recommend her if you are in the area.
