Chef Adrian and Charles were great, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were a large group of 20+ of very demanding ladies and they managed to listen to every request and handle them all. The ingredients were very good. The venue was not up to standard. It was in the back of a brewery, with portable tables set up. No table covers, and generally the cleanliness left much to desire for. When we arrived, many in group were ready to turnaround and leave! But we decided to stay and make it fun. One of us had a sanitizer and chef Adrian and helper provided paper towels and gloves. Overall, I may do this again but not at this venue.

I think the Chef tried the best he could but, it seemed he was not prepared. The tables were plastic fold up tables with no table cloth. The setup was at a warehouse that looks nothing like in the photo . No aprons. No seasonings for the meal ( salt ) . The cucumber was still in the plastic seal that comes from the store so it was not washed. We were not offered anything to drink, not even water to wash it down. No Tupperware to take what we cooked home. He said he ran out. The biggest issue we had was that the location and setup was not even close to what was advertised. The warehouse did not look sterile. If a food inspector would have came this would have been shut down !

This was a terrible venue for cooking! It was dirty, disorganized, and completely unprepared. There was no guidance or instruction, leaving guests to fend for themselves in total chaos. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience—I would not recommend it to anyone!

Great meal and teaching; it was just cold on the night we went and one of the heaters was broken. The class was in a tent. Everything else was five stars
