He canceled 1hour and 40 minutes prior to his arrival time and did not answer the several emails sent via your website the day prior after you gave me his contact information. I had scheduled this dinner well in advance as a birthday gift. This was a huge disappointment. I request a full refund as I do not care to reschedule with Robert. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
