My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of celebrating his birthday with Chef Mert in an Italian cooking class, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, Chef Mert created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. His passion for Italian cuisine is truly contagious, and we learned so much about the ingredients, techniques, and traditions that go into creating authentic Italian dishes.
Chef Mert’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was always there to offer guidance and share little tips that made the dishes even better. We especially loved making the homemade pasta!
The best part was getting to enjoy the delicious meal we’d created at the end of the class. Every bite was a testament to Chef Mert’s expertise and the quality of the ingredients he uses.

GREAT experience. Such a lovely way to spend time with friends/family. Mert even felt like an old friend we visited for dinner. The food was yummy, the penthouse was lush, and the company was like a warm hug. (Not to sound too hippy dippy, but… ahaha. Yeah).

Chef Mert was absolutely the best! His ingredients were fresh and very unique. The experience was fun and highly educational. He‘s knowledgeable about his craft.
