He applied his natural talents while working at Michelin-starred Spago Beverly Hills. His experience preparing meals for A-list celebrities and food critics helped expand his enterprise as a private chef. In Chef Mert’s view, cuisine is an artform where passion and soul are as important as flavor and texture.

GREAT experience. Such a lovely way to spend time with friends/family. Mert even felt like an old friend we visited for dinner. The food was yummy, the penthouse was lush, and the company was like a warm hug. (Not to sound too hippy dippy, but… ahaha. Yeah).

Chef Mert was absolutely the best! His ingredients were fresh and very unique. The experience was fun and highly educational. He‘s knowledgeable about his craft.
