To Chef Jordan, cooking is truly an art form. He learned intricate methods for combining flavors and aromas in a way that captivates eaters while undertaking several professional experiences, including at the prestigious Eleven Madison Park, a three-star Michelin restaurant in New York. Moreover, his first-hand experience with Spanish culture influenced his palate and helped him develop his own style of food. Chef Jordan, who has worked as a chef for eight years, plans to spend the rest of his life learning new techniques and cooking styles.

We generally hate to cook, so we had a high bar going into this class. Turns out it was one of the most fun nights we've had in a while! Chef Jordan is an exceptional teacher and made the class fun and fascinating. We learned a lot - and had a delicious meal at the end. We will definitely be back!

Chef Jordan is great to work with!! He is fun, informative, and a great teacher. If you take the class, go with an empty belly because you will be stuffed by the time you leave. We had a lot of fun and plan to take another class from him.

Chef Jordan was very friendly and supportive of our efforts, never shaming someone for the work they did. The meal items we prepared were scrumptious. I look forward to making home-made pasta after my husband opens his birthday gift (a pasta machine!) this week! Thank you for the fun afternoon and we'll look for future class offerings from you.

Chef Jordan is awesome! His cooking experience in combination with his personality make it perfect experience for us. He is very easy going and non judgmental in case you are not much of a cook or it is your first cooking class. The class goes at a fairly slow pace and everybody has choices at what tasks to help with. Our paella, srimp, and bread turned out very tasty! It was plenty of food for four couples. Everybody was very nice and it was a nice evening cooking and meal sharing with a bunch of strangers. Great experience! We would recommend to all of our friends and/or will come with our friends for our next cooking class&dinner!
