His ventures have taken him all around San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma, where he worked his way from dishwasher to pastry chef. As a seasoned instructor with a true love of food, Chef Charles adds a healthy dash of passion to every course he teaches.

Chef Charles is a true culinary professional and is passionate about sharing his love of food with others. He provided us with a wonderful culinary experience. If you are in the Bay Area and have the chance, I highly recommend taking his classes and hiring him as your next private chef!
