In his 25-plus year culinary career, Chef Elon has won awards for his cooking and has helped budding chefs of all ages to broaden their kitchen horizons. His adventures in cuisine have taken him from culinary school at age 16 to cities across America, and even to a commercial fishing vessel in Alaska. Chef Elon is eager to share his expertise and his passion for creating memorable moments through the preparation of fine food.

We all had a great time. Chef Elon kept us busy learning this American Korean dish. Was soooo good. The molasses cookies and whipped coffee topped off our dinner perfectly.

Chef Elon was fantastic and is such a great teacher! He is a top notch professional and has a wealth of culinary knowledge. He engaged us the entire time and we didn’t want the class to end. It’s a perfect place to have a culinary class and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Chef Elon to anyone in the Charlotte area!
