More than 20 years in the restaurant business has taught Chef Christopher about the importance of education. Trained in French cuisine, he is continually expanding his culinary knowledge. As an executive chef at an award-winning restaurant, Chef Christopher enjoys encouraging his team to expand their kitchen skills, and he hopes to do the same for home cooks of all levels.
