Sarah was awesome. The green curry chicken was superb. Very educational and the preparation was well organized as the group shared in various aspects such as mortar and pestle, slicing, and chopping.

Such a fun experience. It was a great date night for my wife and I. Sarah was amazing. My only recommendation would be some emphasis on hygiene, asking people to wash hands or hand out gloves. We definitely want to do another class.

Chef Sarah was SO knowledgeable about the roots of our cooking experience, while sharing her tips and tricks to success along the way. She was personable, easy to talk to, and a great facilitator of the class. Her recipe for Thai Green Curry did not disappoint! This was one of the most authentic Thai dishes I’ve ever had! We were so impressed with this class. Chef Sarah taught us how to build a green curry, all from scratch with amazing ingredients. There was lot of hands on experience while cooking and the curry was DELICIOUS!

Chef Sarah did a fantastic job. We had so much fun and the green curry was absolutely delicious. She was informative about the ingredients and the best way to use them, easy to talk to and made the group feel at ease. I was lucky to have chef Sarah for 2 months. I usually don't like asparagus and green beans but the way sarah cooked them made me enjoy eating them! I don't know how Sarah cooked them. They were so yummy and now I love them. Also my toddler loved her carbonara pasta. He actually sat down and fed himself saying "This is good." (My 3yr old boy always runs around while eating) As a mom of a newborn and toddler, cooking can be tough but Chef Sarah made it possible for me to focus on the kids but still have fresh and delicious food every night.
