Chef Kavitha
Chef Kavitha's culinary speciality is plant-based cuisine from her homeland, South India. As an experienced practitioner in Ayurvedic cooking, she knows all about the healing properties of spices and how to utilize them in her dishes to optimize taste, health and well-being. She's successfully run and managed an Indian street food company at several premier food markets in NYC, including at Smorgasburg and Madison Square Eats. As a culinary instructor, she hopes to share her passion with others and enrich their culinary journey by helping them discover and refine their cooking skills.
