A passionate chef, baker and entrepreneur, Chef Stacey has added "teacher" to her impressive resume as she currently spends her days sharing her cooking and baking knowledge with students through a variety of culinary experiences. Prior to her current endeavor, Chef Stacey built extensive pastry experience working as a pastry chef instructor for the country’s largest hands-on cooking class program, a lead pastry chef and a lead cake decorator.

I’ve been trying to make macaroons from youtube but my shells never turned out right. Chef Stacey is a great teacher, fun and super descriptive with her instructions. I learned so much and I would definitely recommend her class.

My daughter and I took the macaron class with Chef Stacey and had a blast! She made an “intimidating” dessert very easy. We are both excited to take the techniques Chef Stacey taught us to make macrons at home. Thanks!
