She's now the owner and executive chef of her own catering company, producing delicious and creative options for special events, personal chef experiences and meal prep services. Chef Carly is a great instructor and super easy to work with. She has simple and effective tips for how to best work with ingredients and techniques to make cooking easy. I will definitely be using her tricks to make the stuffed mushrooms we made! I highly recommend Chef Carly for anyone who wants to sharpen their skills in the kitchen.
