Thanks to her extensive background, Chef Jocelyn is one of Nevada's most skilled chefs and culinary instructors.

It was clear that Chef Jocelyn was an experienced professional from the beginning of our class. She taught me a lot of restaurant techniques I had never heard of before to totally elevate even simple dishes and I'll definitely be using her tips in my future cooking. Her food is beautiful and she explains everything from choosing the best ingredients, to unique methods she recommends, to plating choices. I highly recommend Chef Jocelyn for anyone in the Las Vegas area looking to improve their cooking skills.
