As a successful owner of a catering company for over a decade, Chef Drea's passion for the culinary arts led to her sharing her knowledge in cooking classes in San Jose. After thriving in first-class culinary teaching environments for two years, she was quickly promoted to the director of kitchen and staff where she continues to proudly uphold the position today, helping guide students to developing their culinary passions.

Food tasting like it came out of a fancy restaurant paired with her warmth and willingness to answer questions of the meals made cooking with chef Drea into both a luxurious and intimate experience. Best meal of the decade so far!
