From dishwashing to management and hospitality, Chef Chris has extensive experience in all areas of a professional kitchen. He has an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in food service management. He began his professional career working under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in Miami. During this time, Chef Chris gained the finesse and expertise to take command as a true culinary leader.

Chef Chris is amazing. He had so much knowledge and patience during the class. The food was wonderful. I learned so much. Everything was made from scratch by us!

It was a very hands-on class, but very rewarding! We made 3 dumpling doughs by scratch and used filo dough for the dessert one. Basic cooking skills needed, like kneading, dicing, and mincing. Looking forward to our next class!

Chef Chris is phenomenal! My husband and I had a wonderful date night learning the art of quick and easy homemade favorites! Chris is very patient and explanatory in the kitchen. If you are looking to learn the basics while having fun this class is for you. No matter your kitchen level experience this class is for you.

We had an amazing time. Chef Chris and his wife were wonderful. We aren't good home cooks and Chef Chris made it easy often helping us work towards better technique. We learned so much. It all tasted insanely good; I still can't believe we managed to make something that delicious.
