With a strong focus on gluten-free and plant-based cuisine, Chef Senitra has more than 20 years of professional culinary experience under her belt. In 2018, her passion for cooking, along with a desire to create a space and a place where vegans and those with Celiac disease can find flavorful food that's not salad, led her to start her own business. Chef Senitra now specializes in teaching cooking classes, hosting private culinary experiences, and creating flavor-forward plant-based and gluten-free fare.
