Chef Eva
Born in Rome, Chef Eva would spend summers with her Nonna, who loved to cook and bake using fresh ingredients she grew herself. Although Chef Eva graduated from the European University of Rome with a psychology degree, her passion for cooking was still strong, and she graduated from the Italian Pastry Chef Academy. Chef Eva now owns a pastry shop where she blends years of family tradition with modern cooking techniques.

What a wonderful afternoon I enjoyed meeting Eva, such a delightful and professional individual. The pastries were not only just delicious but the presentation was amazing, I enjoyed everyone of them. I look forward to other opportunities to visit with her and enjoy her wonderful pastries.

The wade array of selections all of which are not only flavorful, but also, beautifully presented. Everything is so delicious and healthy. Dishes and Pastry that leaves you so satisfied without that over indulgent feeling.
