Chef Michael has more than 20 years of culinary experience — most of them as an executive chef — in everything from a Michelin three-star French restaurant to Texas barbecue. Chef Mike was a revelation. We went into this experience not knowing what to expect and were so happily surprised. I had no idea a cooking class could be so much fun! He was part of the experience, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and great company. Along with this, the food was incredible. Suggest a million times. I will go again and bring friends!
