Extremely Disappointing Experience! Chef Kimesha was very sweet and social.... by all means her customers service is top tier however, we didn't book this experience to make a new best friend. This was a birthday gift I purchased for a surprise to celebrate my fiance's birthday. I was expecting that we would make ravioli and have a nice ravioli dinner after. That was NOT what happened. The set up was cheap, we were using wine bottles filled with water as our (rolling pin) and we were using (pizza dough) to make ravioli. Now I am not chef but I'm Italian and I have made ravioli enough to know that we were using the WRONG type of dough. That's like trying to make chocolate milk with water instead...it just wasn't right! The dough wouldn't stay flat it kept retracting and it was impossible to fill the ravioli and pinch it closed. Needless to say out of 2 huge balls of pizza dough we only got about 4 "ravioli " to stay sealed and that was only after Kimesha took over and started pressing them with her own hands...which leads me to my top health concern! With everything that is going on in the world right now with covid-19 this show did not have gloves on she did not have a mask on and we were definitely not six feet apart. After she started touching my food I lost whatever appetite I had left. Then she proceeds to put the ravioli in this tiny little Crock-Pot to cook. Rather than making anfresh sauce she opened a store bought jar sauce and put it in the crock pot. After waiting almost a half an hour for them to be done which is why we ran over the class she took them out of the crock pot and served us each one ravioli and as soon as I cut just a little bit of the corner to taste it I could tell the door was still raw it was very chewy and mushy. I could not eat it! After we left we had to go out to dinner and paid almost $90 just to eat dinner somewhere else. This is not what I expected ..not even close and I would like a full refund!!

I read the previous review and my wife and I had the opposite experience. Not only was this Chef Kim sweet but she did an amazing job teaching and demonstrating this class. I’m very cautious due to COVID and losing family members so if I even saw an ounce of health concern that would have been it for me. Love you chef and can’t wait to book our 3 class with you.

Chef Kim was very fun and personable. She made the class very interactive and gave us lots of cooking tips. I will be booking again. It was the best birthday gift.
