From donning the executive chef title at 24 years young to opening multiple restaurants in Las Vegas, Chef Adam has earned quite the reputation as a culinary extraordinaire in the hospitality industry. Chef Adam was absolutely awesome. He's a totally down to Earth, humble, kind guy who was willing to answer all of our random questions about when he used to work in Vegas to his favorite Los Angeles eating spots today. I would definitely take his class again no matter what the food is, just because his style of teaching is so excellent and entertaining. Highly, highly recommend his classes.

We had a great time making dumplings with Chef Adam! It felt like he was there to assist rather than do it all for us which help us learn the process. He had also expedited the chopping process so the class didn't end super late. We got to take home a print out of the recipes we made so we didn't have to remember it all or write it down. We had a great time and ate TONS of dumplings

Adam did a great job explaining how to create/wrap your dumplings. He showed a true passion for food and it was obvious he had years of wisdom to share.

My husband and I had an awesome time making dumplings! All of the ingredients and materials were provided and he brought a really fun energy to the room with his personality and level of expertise! AND the dumplings turned out delicious! Thanks for the great time! :)

The class was super fun! Chef Adam was very informative, helpful and supportive. The 2 kinds of dumplings we made were so delicious and we ended up taking quite a few home with us. Class was rad, Chef was rad, we had a blast and would def recommend!

He was great. He teaches you how to have fun while cooking. Don’t take it seriously it’s a cooking class. Especially if you aren’t a cook just have fun and enjoy the food. If you are a real cook stop being lame and just have fun.

I had so much fun with Chef Adam! He was a great teacher and his food was delicious! I'm still dreaming about his Braciole!
