Chef Corey did a great job with our class, my girlfriend and i are into a lot of food and the class taught us something we had been wanting to learn, which is making homemade noodles. It was a lot of fun and the setting, the brewery was really cool! The Brewery was conducting normal business so the atmosphere was unique. One thing I could recommend is try to figure out a way that the handles don't fall out of the noodle press constantly. All in all Corey did a great job and is a very talented Chef. I look forward to the advanced class, to learn more from the offering.

Although Chef Corey was a nice guy, I do NOT recommend this experience. This was not a "cooking class" but more of a demonstration where you watch him for 90% of the time. I can do that with YouTube. We measured zero ingredients and only made the pasta for the Ramen. Which after tasting, wasn't even what I consider Ramen. I was so disappointed. There were too many people in this class congested in a small brewery. 25ish people, working at one table, where we had to wait in a line to do anything. Who thought this would be enjoyable? Since there were so many of us, once we were finished "cooking", half of us had to stand and eat. This is ridiculous! I paid $50 × 2 to roll dough, drop it in hot water for 2 mins and then stand? Unacceptable. The broth was also tasteless because that needs to simmer for at least 2-3 hours, not 30 mins. When searching for reviews, I noticed only 5 stars appear. We'll see if this becomes and/or stays public. I don't want anyone else to experience this.

As the Thanksgiving Holiday is upon us, I have to give Thanks to Chef Corey for providing my boyfriend and I with a wonderful culinary experience! From immediate entry into the Bay Cannon Beer Company, we were warmly welcomed by Chef Cory. His expertise, knowledge and personality plus made us, and undoubtedly the other participants, feel relaxed and ready to make Raman Noodles! He guided us every step of the way and we had a chance to create, according to individual preference, a mix of seasonings for the tofu. The Art of Raman Noodle class, was a hands-on delightful learning experience! Our finished meal was delicious!
