Chef Alfio began cooking at his family's restaurants as a teenager, always knowing he wanted to be a chef. Starting in the deli, he learned the fundamentals of simple Italian cuisine, and then more complex dishes and techniques. Chef Alfio went on to master his craft at L'Academie de Cuisine, and then hit the culinary jackpot by winning on Food Network's "Kitchen Casino." Chef Alfio now operates a premier personal chef and catering service.
