We were really disappointed that we did not get to make the Spicy Tuna Rolls that was listed on the menu due to the chef unable to find fresh fish prior to the class. The class itself was very informative and Golden Apron is taking care of us with us only getting to make half of the menu that was listed when we purchased the class, which was only the California Rolls. Class is pricey for just California Rolls.

Chef Jacob was wonderful, knowledgeable, and fun! Would highly recommend taking a cooking class from him (we did the Miso Ramen class).

Jacob is passionate about what he does and it shows in the dishes he creates. Not only is his food delicious, but he is an excellent teacher and a pleasure to be around!
