With over 14 years of professional kitchen experience, Chef Lamar is right at home making cooking an enjoyable, accessible learning experience for everyone. One of Chef Lamar's proudest qualities is his ability to form connections. He has mentored inner-city youth on healthy cooking, made regular appearances in cooking demos on Baltimore’s FOX affiliate, and has even worked as a personal chef for Superbowl VIPs.

As a birthday surprise, my husband booked Chef Lamar — we had an amazing time! He was not only talented in the kitchen, but also a lot of fun to talk with. Lamar took the time to teach us all about the ingredients and recipes he was using, and the meal was totally delicious.

I think my favorite part of Chef Lamar is his passion for bring people together with food. He uses simple and healthy ingredients, but the results are packed with flavor, and we had a lot of fun learning from him. Thanks for a great time, Lamar!
