Team Building Activity: Build Pasta Together
Discover how to make pasta by hand in this thrilling team building activity. Begin by combining flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water and churning and kneading with your hands until they turn into pasta dough. Learn how to craft Marinara sauce from crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano and salt. Design Alfredo sauce from heavy cream, garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese. You'll also have the option of adding in fresh ingredients like chicken, sausage, shrimp, mushrooms and spinach.

Chef Bige is one of those rare people who does not keep the knowledge to herself with all her wisdom and magnanimity, and who has no problem sharing it with those around her, with the sensitivity she shows to the natural and special ingredients she uses when preparing the delicacies she creates in his menu. It was great fun preparing food and chatting with our chef. We received so much useful information and talked about so many different topics that I never understood how we did so much. Naturally, I can say that the taste of this pleasant day remained in my palate. I think we, as a group, had the same idea and our chef and we decided to repeat these enjoyable days every month :))
