Chef Jason stirs up a friendly rivalry with a session in handcrafted pasta that's sure to get your colleagues all fired up! They'll learn to make their own traditional dough and transform it into authentic pasta and prepare a pair of flavorful sauces. Then, the oven mitts come off in a kitchen contest where breakout teams grapple for the top spot with their own masterful versions.

We have experienced oodles of chefs tables but none were as memorable as our dinner last night. He interacted with participants in a delightful manner. The atmosphere was one of a "special event" to the delight of everyone!
Chef Jason first tied his apron strings at Le Cordon Bleu before embarking on a journey of culinary mastery. He climbed the ranks as a Junior Sous Chef and ascended to the rank of Executive Chef in high-end country clubs around Winnipeg. Along the way, he discovered a passion for mentoring other chefs and fostering leadership in his kitchen. This love of sharing is the essential seasoning in every course Chef Jason teaches.
