Let Chef Jason put your colleagues through their paces in an energetic lesson in the art of tacos, with methods for preparing fresh tortillas, flavorful fillings and mouthwatering toppings on the task list. Then, your crew breaks into smaller teams that go head-to-head, conjuring their best takes on the recipes they've learned. When teamwork and kitchen work combine, the results are delicious fun!

We have experienced oodles of chefs tables but none were as memorable as our dinner last night. He interacted with participants in a delightful manner. The atmosphere was one of a "special event" to the delight of everyone!

Chef Jason first tied his apron strings at Le Cordon Bleu before embarking on a journey of culinary mastery. He climbed the ranks as a Junior Sous Chef and ascended to the rank of Executive Chef in high-end country clubs around Winnipeg. Along the way, he discovered a passion for mentoring other chefs and fostering leadership in his kitchen. This love of sharing is the essential seasoning in every course Chef Jason teaches.
