Follow the expert guidance of world-class Chef Jayne as you journey through the Italian countryside through cuisine. Work with fresh ingredients as you put together a polpette di ricotta with marinara sauce. Craft a delectable wild mushroom risotto with Carnaroli rice and Parmesan. Refresh your palate with a light Panzanella Toscana salad with ciabatta, olive oil, tomato, basil and peppers. Add a finishing flourish of Tiramisu.
