Chef Jason first tied his apron strings at Le Cordon Bleu before embarking on a journey of culinary mastery. He climbed the ranks as a Junior Sous Chef and ascended to the rank of Executive Chef in high-end country clubs around Winnipeg. Along the way, he discovered a passion for mentoring other chefs and fostering leadership in his kitchen. This love of sharing is the essential seasoning in every course Chef Jason teaches.
