The chef was great, very nice, very informative, but would have loved to have a more hands on experience! Everyone having their own little set up to make the pasta, everyone getting a turn at the sauce etc. and being able to take some home would have been great!

My expierience has nothing to do with the chef .. I called to double check if it was a “hands on class” they said it was, IT WAS NOT. If I wanted to see someone cook I would down load a YouTube video and at least I would be doing it. Slow, boring and false advertising. Sitting behind a table to see someone else cook was not what I paid for, chef Javier on the other hand was good .. but it was not the experience I paid for ..

What a great instructor. He kept the audience engaged and gave very clear and concise direction. Thank you, Chef Javier. It was a pleasure learning about pasta and also what you shared about your Mexican roots. Next is the birria taco class. Stay blessed!

Here is my review: Chef Javier is a well seasoned chef with tons of culinary experience. He can cook an array of cuisines and really enjoys the art of teaching. He enjoys the connection that food brings amongst others and wants to share that. Totally recommend!
