Cooking Class: Cook a Gourmet Steakhouse Spread

Join Chef Jeffrey for fun and interactive cooking classes that put a gourmet spin on classic steakhouse favorites. You'll start by learning how to expertly slice and dice steak for a tartare appetizer infused with Dijon mustard and fresh herbs. Next up is a steak bordelaise red wine, shallots and beef jus followed by a side of creamed spinach and roasted mushrooms. Dessert is a rich no-bake cheesecake with caramel and mint and a graham cracker crumble.
