You'll get started by learning to create a classic French onion soup featuring rich gruyère cheese and crunchy crostini. Then, you'll learn to perfectly prepare a peppery strip steak with a tangy shallot sauce, served alongside a bed of fresh arugula and a side of decadent and cheesy garlic potatoes. Finally, you'll expertly create a light and airy chocolate mousse dessert, complete with a Cognac-infused caramel sauce that is sure to delight your taste buds.
