Cooking Class: Make Vegan Sweets From Scratch

Join Chef Angela in preparing four different plant-based desserts in this hands-on cooking class. She'll teach you smart kitchen techniques to turn naturally sugar-free whole foods, produce and other high-quality ingredients into scrumptious sweets. 


You'll start by creating an açaí bowl filled with fresh superfoods like fruit, hemp seeds and tropical coconut. Next, you'll learn how to form a chocolate mousse with avocado for that seductively creamy texture. Finally, you'll take on two classic desserts with a twist: banana "nice" cream with chunks of cacao nibs and monk fruit, and vegan brownies with walnuts, dates, maca powder and ashwagandha. These tasty treats are some that you can feel good about eating!
