Cooking Class: Cook Korean-Style Chicken Burgers

Level up the traditional burger by learning to create a classic Korean-style burger in this cooking class with Chef Paul. You'll discover unique flavor combinations that match perfectly with this burger's main star: fried chicken. 


To begin, you'll create a fresh Korean-style salad with mixed greens. For the main dish, you'll use simple ingredients such as chicken, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch and tempura flour to make perfectly crisp Korean fried chicken. Then, load up your burger with lettuce, coleslaw and a combination of sauces with sweet and spicy flavors. As a side dish, you'll make french fries with Korean-style dipping sauce, and to finish this culinary journey with something sweet, you'll learn how to cook Bungeoppang, a traditional Korean dessert that consists of a fish-shaped pastry.

Chef Paul is a very talented sushi chef and restaurant owner. Sushi is something I really enjoy. Chef Paul showed me how to make a sashimi dish. I love learning about dishes I love and how to recreate them at home. If you are a sushi lover too I recommend Chef Paul!
