Begin by preparing fresh spring rolls with rice vermicelli, Thai basil and refreshing vegetables. Then, craft a homemade peanut sauce to enjoy alongside your spring rolls. For your entrée, create a traditional red curry with Thai pumpkin, Asian greens and a variety of spices. Serve this over a bed of fragrant jasmine rice. End your meal by preparing mango sticky rice for a sweet dessert.

Fresh Spring Roll
With rice vermicelli, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, Thai basil and green onions
Peanut Sauce
With homemade red curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar and tamarind
Thai Pumpkin and Asian Greens Red Curry
With shallots, Thai chilli, lemon grass, galangal, Thai basil, pepper, kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk, fish sauce and cilantro roots
Thai Jasmine Rice
With galangal, lemon grass, coconut milk and lime
Mango Sticky Rice
With sugar, coconut milk and sesame seeds

She holds a special passion for pairing food and wine and loves creating Indian, Italian, Thai and Lebanese dishes for her friends and family to enjoy. When she isn't teaching, Chef Vinutha is busy creating her own catering company and broadcasting videos celebrating the cuisine of South India on her YouTube channel.
