Chef Vinutha will guide you through an assortment of delicious recipes and baking techniques to level up your skills in the kitchen. You’ll begin by crafting an array of choux pastry canapés using ingredients like homemade jam and juicy cherry tomatoes. Then, create an unforgettable spinach galette with creamy goat cheese, brown sugar and balsamic. End class by whipping up a traditional German favorite with fresh apples, dried fruit and a sweet icing.

Assorted Choux Pastry Canapés
With flour, butter, eggs, cream cheese, homemade fruit relish, cherry tomatoes, basil, grapes, balsamic and olive oil
Goat Cheese Spinach Galette
With cake flour, lard, butter, brown sugar, white onion, cherry tomatoes and balsamic
German Apfelstrudel
With flour, eggs, vegetable oil, apples, sugar, lemon, cinnamon, dried currants and raisins, butter and icing sugar

Chef Vinutha was very well prepared, helpful, and professional. She used the time well, and kept our group of 4 busy and engaged! Everyone left very pleased with the food, and confident in their new pasta making, and cookie making skills! I would recommend this experience for any group looking for more engaging way to eat restaurant quality food! (While enjoying BYOB!)
