Cooking Class: Master Vegetarian Pasta-Making
Transform simple, wholesome ingredients into pasta and top it with a selection of delicious elements in this cooking class with Chef Ekta. You'll learn how simple it is to leave the meat off the plate without skimping on the flavor!
Your lesson starts with a panzanella salad featuring fresh bread and juicy tomatoes. Then, create handmade pasta and turn it into ravioli stuffed with spinach and creamy ricotta cheese, robed in a hearty brown butter and sage sauce. You'll also make fettuccine with a lighter tomato sauce topping. Finish your session with a classic creamy panna cotta for dessert.
