If you're ready to take your baking skills to the next level, this cooking class from Chef Ekta is for you. Learn to create a selection of breads, rolls and pastries, each with its own unique flavor profile.
You'll prepare two classic French galettes, a savory version topped with zesty tomatoes and fresh basil pesto, and a sweet version using stone fruit and topped with homemade compote. Create a batch of cinnamon rolls from scratch and bake up savory mushroom rolls that can turn any dinner into a gourmet occasion.

India-born Chef Ekta made her way to Canada in an ongoing culinary adventure. She’s built a career conducting workshops in reputable bakeries and hotels around the Toronto area. She has also partnered with luxury brands and shared her talents at farmers' markets as well. After perfecting her baking sessions in both in-person and virtual settings, Chef Ekta has expanded her audience to include a new wave of home chefs.
