Begin by preparing a refreshing and nutrient-dense açai bowl with fresh fruit, hemp seeds, nuts and coconut. Next, whip up a creamy chocolate mousse mixed with avocado. Enjoy a sugar-free banana ice cream topped with coconut sprinkles and monk fruit. End the class by preparing sensational vegan superfood brownies with crispy walnuts and coconut.
